Years ago I took out-of-town guests to Top of the Rock, the observatory atop the GE Building at Rockefeller Center. It was midday and I wasn’t yet working as a professional photographer, so the photos I made were only okay. I recently returned to make photos that I hoped to sell someday. The very next day I sold the photo above for use in an ad for an NYU continuing medical education course.
