I photographed a session of the judging of the sixth annual New York International Olive Oil Competition, where an international panel of 18 experts analyzed 1,000 olive oil entries from 28 countries. This year’s best extra virgin olive oils will be revealed at an upcoming press conference which I will also photograph.
