Fine Art Photography Outtakes from Braking the Cycle

This is the final post in a three-part series on my photography of Braking the Cycle, the AIDS ride from Boston to New York. My job was to capture the spirit of the event for the participants’ enjoyment and to use in publicity for the upcoming tenth anniversary ride in September of 2012. While the images in this post did that, I think they also rose above to become beautiful art photos, whether close-up portraits, details, or broader depictions of the emotional moments.
