I’m pleased to have three works included in “Masquerade: An Exhibition of Our Hidden Faces” at Heaven Arts and Antiques in Asbury Park.
The human face is a form which is often a refection of the mind, soul, and emotions of the individual, or a disguise and mask of those states. Artists have throughout history used the face portrait as a means of depicting or expressing the condition of a single individual or the human condition as a whole. This exhibition displays works that delve into, illuminate, and express these ideas through contemporary portraiture.
The exhibition runs from November 5, 2010 through January 2, 2011 with an opening reception on Saturday, November 6 from 7 to 10 p.m.
